I’m a registered dietitian with twenty years of experience in many different fields of dietetics including wellness, medical nutrition therapy for various diseases, nutrition support, autism, food allergies, gut health, and failure to thrive. Welcome to my website that is a combination of a blog about my medically complex daughter, Zoey, and my business helping people maximize their health through nutrition.
Zoey’s major diagnoses include 2q23.1 microdeletion syndrome, POGZ mutation, cerebral palsy, diffuse cerebral dysfunction, dysphagia requirng a g-tube, and autism. Periodically, I blog about the different weakness she has and how she has been given the strength to overcome them.
